From buying the business to building it
A commercial construction and project-management operator wanted to buy the business he ran. He knew the sector inside out, but needed help making the business side happen — then keeping the sales pipeline, job profitability and taxes on track.
We handled the compliance — tax, GST and anything IRD-related — but the real work was the finance to buy the business. We led the forecasting and planning that got the bank onside, then stayed on as the forecasting partner and sounding board through every expansion decision.

A finance function, fully outsourced
A community-health organisation with 45 staff lost its Finance Manager suddenly. Payroll, IRD filings, monthly and annual reporting, funding contracts and creditor management were all stretched and inefficient.
We proposed a one-stop-shop: bookkeeping and Xero, payroll and IRD filings, creditors and expense management, GST and month-end reporting, plus year-end policies and audit support. Our service effectively replaced the Finance Manager and took pressure off the Accounts Administrator.
